Accidental fitness metrics improvement

On Feb 12th, Shravani and Radha came back from India. Since then my sleep routine has become normal again, became regular with yoga/Kriya, stopped eating namkeen/deep fried snacks ten days after they came back, reduced caffeine, started playing more outdoors, less indoor heat as temps got better. 


Fitbit Results - Resting heart rate which peaked on Feb 12th to 72, has come down to 54 as of today. And heart rate variability increased from 33 on Feb 12th to 80 today. Both indicate improved fitness, cardio vascular health, better recovery, etc . All in just 1 month. Just sharing as I never measured lifestyle changes to specific fitness metrics before.
